should i call my endocrinologist or tough it out?

my endcrinologist has diagnosed me with PCOS or polycystic ovary syndrome. i start taking metformin and spironolactone last tuesday evening (5/3/2011) i take them both once in the morning and once in the evening. the nausea started wensday and got very severe thrusday and friday. it got less severe over the weekend, but then today and yesterday it got severe again. i started having diarehha sunday which has persisted. on monday i noticed i was getting ligh-headed alot. i have had abnormall fatigue since thrusday that has persisted. and today i was having some breathing problems despite the fact that i haven't changed my routine.
should i call my endocrinologist tomorrow or should i am just being a "wimp" and whining about something trivial and minor?
